Why Work with Licensed Home Care Agencies in the AideChoice Network
Partnering with licensed home care agencies through the AideChoice Network provides a foundation of safety, professionalism, and support that empowers you to do your best work. When you accept an assignment, you gain the peace of mind that comes from working with established employers. Key benefits include:
Consistent Professional Standards: You work within a structured system with clear care plans and professional protocols, eliminating guesswork and ensuring quality care.
Supervision and Support: Licensed agencies provide clinical and administrative oversight, giving you a reliable point of contact for questions, guidance, and on-the-job support.
Employment Protections: Participating agencies are responsible for maintaining the insurance and workers’ compensation coverage required for their employees. Applicants should confirm coverage, benefits, and employment terms directly with the hiring agency.
Agency-Managed Scheduling and Payroll: Hiring agencies manage scheduling, payroll, tax withholding, and other employment matters according to their policies and applicable requirements.

Benefits of Flexible Scheduling
The AideChoice Network is built for caregivers who value flexibility and control over their schedules. We connect you to agencies offering assignments that fit your life, not the other way around.
Choose shifts that work around your school schedule, family commitments, or other responsibilities. Our focus on short-term assignments—from a few hours to under 30 days—allows you to fill gaps in your schedule or take on temporary work without a long-term commitment. Depending on agency needs and current openings, opportunities may include short-notice, same-day, or next-day assignments. This model also allows you to build diverse experience by working with different clients and needs, enhancing your skills as a care professional.
